24/7 emergency repair and support services
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene material
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
Use any automated system to access the Services without our express written permission
All quotes and estimates provided by Liberty Industrial Contractors Inc are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on information provided by the client and site conditions as observed at the time of inspection.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if actual conditions differ from those described or if additional work is required beyond the original scope.
Upon acceptance of a quote, a formal service agreement will be executed outlining the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, and other relevant conditions. Both parties must sign the agreement before work commences.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.
Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service cost.
Emergency service calls cannot be cancelled once a technician has been dispatched.
We accept payment via check, credit card, ACH transfer, and wire transfer. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. For large projects, progress payments may be required as outlined in the service agreement.
Invoices not paid within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
If you dispute any charges, you must notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving the invoice. We will work with you to resolve the dispute promptly.
We warrant that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Labor warranties typically range from 90 days to 1 year depending on the type of service performed.
Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your service agreement.
Parts and equipment installed by Liberty Industrial Contractors Inc are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in processing warranty claims with manufacturers.
Manufacturer warranties vary by product and are separate from our labor warranty.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIBERTY INDUSTRIAL CONTRACTORS INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liberty Industrial Contractors Inc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Liberty Industrial Contractors Inc maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance as required by law.
Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Clients are responsible for maintaining adequate property insurance for their facilities and equipment.
We are not responsible for damage to property not directly related to our work.

Our technicians are trained in safety protocols and will comply with all applicable safety regulations. We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are deemed unsafe until appropriate safety measures are implemented.
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Liberty Industrial Contractors Inc, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website without our prior written consent.

If mediation is unsuccessful, any remaining disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Raleigh, North Carolina.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful.
You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by ceasing to use our Services and providing written notice. You remain responsible for payment for any services already rendered.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Liberty Industrial Contractors Inc regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
